Nikki Brooker

Founder/CEO

Nikki created YANAM2M in 2017 after two local moms took their lives and the lives of their children. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Master’s Degree in Adult Ed and Development, training in Maternal Mental Health, Registered Psychotherapist status, 24 years of experience in the education realm and experience as a wife and mom of three kids, she is passionate about changing the world, one mom at a time through the Strong Mamas, Thriving Babies support program.

Janell Arant

Board President

Janell is a graduate of Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Speech Communications and has a diverse background in marketing, education, appraisal and now real estate. As a Realtor for West + Main Homes, she has made it her mission to help other women understand the power that resides within them and to teach financial independence. Janell believes that motherhood is a sacred role and the whole family benefits when mom has a supportive community rallying behind her! Janell lives in Castle Rock with her two teenagers and knows just how hard parenting can be, especially as a single mom.

Stefanie Holub

Vice President to the CEO

Stefanie Holub holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Early Childhood Education. She is an accredited Montessori teacher (ages 3-6). Stefanie taught for over 20 year and has served on various school boards in the private school sector, before getting married and starting a family with her husband Todd. Todd and Stefanie adopted critically ill twins at 15 months of age through the foster care system who are now thriving 12 year olds. She has many years of experience working with medical professionals who have cared for her children in various capacities.

Lissa Miller

Board Vice President

 Lissa Miller has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2009 and has practiced in a variety of settings including substance abuse treatment, child protection, probation, schools, and teaching at the university level. Lissa brings her expertise along with her passion to empower moms to harness their own strengths as they balance the many demands of motherhood. As a married mom of two small kids, her passion for YANA’s mission is personally and professionally driven.

Trina Oyloe

Board Secretary

Trina Oyloe is stepping in as our secretary. She lives in Highlands Ranch with her two teen daughters. She has been helping people buy and sell homes in the South Metro Denver suburbs since 2008. Prior to that, she was a Program Manager in the high tech industry. She has experience with the creation and implementation of an enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system serving over 170 property teams and business units. She also has corporate experience in planning and executing large-scale events. Trina earned her undergraduate degree in Environmental Economics and went on to pursue her MBA in Operations Management and Entrepreneurism. She has a passion for helping other Mom’s feel included, worthy and like they are more than enough. She’ll be helping YANA with the development of their CRM and newsletter. She’ll also be the scribe at YANA board meetings.

Alicia Adams

Board Member-UCHealth Liasion

Alicia Adams officially joined the YANA Board of Directors in May of 2022. Alicia is our UCHealth liaison who has encouraged relationships with UCHealth throughout our programming. Alicia has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master of Business Administration in Health Administration, all from the University of Colorado. Alicia has been a neonatal ICU registered nurse at UCHealth for almost eight years. Alicia transitioned into the role of Clinical Quality Specialist at Highlands Ranch Hospital in March of 2020 to support the Women’s and Infants’ service line. A Colorado native, Alicia has seen Colorado grow and develop into thriving communities. She has two children, Cailey and Benjamin, that are graduates of the Douglas County School District. She is passionate about women’s health and has seen, first hand, the need for YANA to help support new mothers and their families in our community.

Brianna Salen

Board Member-Peer Support Expert

Brianna Salen has joined our board as a peer support expert. She is married mom of two (Owen and Everly) and has worked in peer support for over seven years as a peer specialist, peer trainer, supervisor and now as a program manager for multiple statewide peer support programs. She is a state and nationally certified peer specialist, and her wealth of knowledge will bring a great perspective and expertise into our programming.

Michelle Kostner

Board Member-Program Advisor

Michelle Kostner is a Go-To-Market and Partnership Strategist with over 20 years combined experience in leadership, strategic partnerships, business strategy, and business development. She has spent the past eight years working in healthcare technology segments and has a Master’s in Healthcare Management and Healthcare Information Technology from the University of Denver. Michelle is trained and well versed in patient-centered care principles, HIPAA guidelines, CMS reimbursement policies, EHR/EMS systems, as well as innovative healthcare technologies that can improve patient experiences, engagement, and outcomes. She is passionate about making an impact through improving patient outcomes by launching programs like ‘Strong Mamas, Thriving Babies’ for our communities. Her expertise in the healthcare field will assist YANA in building relationships with trust and transparency.

Dawn Bradshaw

Board Member-Marketing

With 25 years corporate and agency marketing experience, Dawn develops go-to-market strategies, demands best-in-class creative, and builds marketing campaigns that deliver results. An adaptable change agent, she translates business goals into marketing strategies, builds powerful brand stories and donor experiences, and delivers game-changing marketing transformation. As a wife and mother of two, (one who spent two months in the NICU), Dawn knows first-hand the struggles new moms go through without the right support. Dawn is a triathlete and loves anything active – skiing, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, scuba diving, cycling, etc. She’s also and accomplished singer and photographer and is passionate about giving back and helping others. As a new board member, she’s excited to get more involved with YANA while making an impact for new moms.

Katrina Mudge

Board Member-Treasurer

Mamma to Brooky (Brooklyn) who just turned two, and wife to Andrew. Originally from Arizona, living in Colorado for about 12 years now. She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry most of her career. She met Nikki through a mutual friend and Nikki ended up taking some amazing photos for Katrina at her wedding. She loves everything outdoors, mostly hiking and snowboarding! Nikki has been an amazing friend and source of support since Katrina began her journey into motherhood and Katrina couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this program!
